He has made more than thirty exhibitions so far; some of them in countries such as Switzerland, Mexico, the United States, and Canada, where he received a medal from the parliament of Quebec.

His works have been chosen for the covers of several books and posters of international events such as the World Cup of Kiteboarding and the Dominican Republic Jazz Festival for which he has been working as director of visual arts for twenty years.

The famous percussionist and leader of the group Son Familia, Chichí Peralta, chose his works for the visual design of his album “De Vuelta al barrio”, a production that won a Latin Grammy.

It is worth mentioning that important personalities from the music world have works by Adolfo, such as the famous flutist Néstor Torres, percussionist Giovanni Hidalgo, trumpeter Chuck Mangione, Dave Valentín, Chichí Peralta, the great Cuban pianist Chucho Valdés and one of the most important pianists in the world of jazz, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, among others.

Adolfo is the president of the Casa de Arte de Sosúa Foundation, a project that according to him is one of his most important achievements as an artist, a project that besides having a beautiful exhibition hall houses more than two hundred children and young people in the art school of this center, studying; music, dance, painting, and choral voices, this initiative has significantly transformed the lives of these young people.
